Podanie danych osobowych i udzielenie zgody na ich przetwarzanie jest dobrowolne, lecz konieczne do przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacyjnego. Konsekwencją niepodania danych osobowych i niewyrażenia zgody na ich przetwarzanie będzie brak możliwości przeprowadzenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego.
Dane osobowe przetwarzane będą na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) i b) Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych, RODO).
Przysługuje Pani/ Panu prawo dostęp do treści swoich danych osobowych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody na ich przetwarzanie w dowolnym momencie poprzez kontakt z ADB pod adresem , bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

Na podstawie dobrowolnie wyrażonej zgody na przetwarzanie w kolejnych rekrutacjach prowadzonych przez ADB, Pani/Pana dane osobowe mogą być przetwarzane do momentu wycofania zgody i nie dłużej niż dwa lata od momentu ich otrzymania (w zależności co nastąpi pierwsze).
Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie podlegają i nie będą podlegały zautomatyzowanemu przetwarzaniu.

ADB is processing your personal data to conduct and finalize the recruitment process. Your personal data will not be shared with other recipients.
